The symbol of true love, faithful love, and memories, Forget Me Not has been known to treat nosebleeds and stomach and kidney issues (although certain varieties are toxic and not recommended for use). The folklore and the power of its meaning have a great deal of healing on their own. Forget Me Not has been a symbol of true everlasting love and connection. Our kidneys filter toxins from our emotions and contribute to our life force energy with feelings of rejection that can weaken our vitality and self-worth. Forget Me Not uses its fluidic influence from water to help flush feelings of loneliness in the face of this unconditional love. The star-shaped flowers in the middle or four petals connect us to the elements' spirit. When we know we can connect with our own wholeness, we know we are never alone.

Flower essence captures the plant's vibration without using any plant material in the final product. It can be taken as a tincture on its own or mixed into water, tea, or any beverage of your choice. I suggest adding one drop to water three times daily. These essences can also enhance a bath experience.
