Foxglove flower essence helps to soothe the heart allowing fluidity and movement, boundaries, and protection. Foxglove helps us see the truth in situations around the heart and gives us perspective on whether we feel attacked or betrayed by others. Venus and Foxglove remind us that we are held and nurtured. The original name for foxglove is derived from the lore and language of Faerie folks. Planting foxglove brings playfulness and light-heartedness to your garden. The flower essence of Foxglove is only the vibration of the plant, and no plant material is used in the harvesting process.

Flower essence captures the plant's vibration without using any plant material in the final product. It can be taken as a tincture on its own or mixed into water, tea, or any beverage of your choice. I suggest adding one drop to water three times daily. These essences can also enhance a bath experience.

Flower essence tinctures work by modifying energy flow through the typical acupuncture meridians.
