Solidago in Latin means to make whole or heal. Medicinally, Goldenrod has been used to calm inflammation and improve urinary health. Venus rules the kidneys and the womb, and when we experience fear and lack of creativity, our energy field begins to weaken. We can become susceptible to having our boundaries crossed. This can manifest physically in ailments like fungus and bacteria. The saponins in Goldenrod can be very effective in fighting yeast and Candida albicans. These bacteria can cause depression and lower our vibration, making us feel uninspired. Goldenrod and nurturing Venus help us to find our passion and help strengthen our minds to help us reach our goals and live in our true expression.
