Horsetails are prehistoric plants growing near wetlands and deep in the forest. Their blossoms look like magical wands, or aptly, horsetails. They have a number of vitamins and minerals, including silica, a mineral known to help aid in strong, healthy hair and bones. Saturn rules our bones; as we age, our bones can become more fragile and weak due to osteoporosis and aging. Quite literally, our bones hold us together. They represent the structure and our deepest beliefs. Horsetail flower essence helps us realign and connect with ancient wisdom from our ancestors, giving us insight into our core beliefs. Like a wand, Horsetail and its strength of Saturn give us an opportunity to change our karma and give us the strength to create our own structures and belief systems, helping us to feel grounded on Earth.

Flower essence tinctures work by modifying energy flow through the typical acupuncture meridians.
