Lilac’s beautiful, hypnotic smell is so delicate. To try and capture its essential oils is nearly impossible. To extract, most methods involve dissolving the flower itself. The leaves of Lilac are steamed, distilled, and essential oils are extracted. However, the leaves are very antibacterial and have vermifuge qualities used to purge parasites from the body. Lilac's flower essence has cleansing fluidic water qualities that heal and protects our boundaries by helping us let go of toxic situations that hold us back from experiencing our true potential. Lilac is inspiring and uplifting, bringing us joy and fluidity, clearing the way to step into our true potential of creativity and beauty of Venus qualities. Lilac's flower essence is only the plant's vibration, and no plant material is used in harvesting.

Flower essence captures the plant's vibration without using any plant material in the final product. It can be taken as a tincture on its own or mixed into water, tea, or any beverage of your choice. I suggest adding one drop to water three times daily. These essences can also enhance a bath experience.
