Mullein builds its foundation close to the Earth's surface, blooming like a succulent of soft, fuzzy leaves. Mullein reaches high to the sky, blooming little tiny bright yellow flowers. Mullein is our strong protector, and Mars and Saturn, it helps build our inner strength and defense. With its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiviral qualities, Mullein has excellent authority over ridding the body of infection and infectious mindsets, helping us to step into our authentic selves and fully discover our power and true self. Knowing we are protected and cleansed of what no longer serves us allows us to become authentic.

Flower essence captures the plant's vibration without using any plant material in the final product. It can be taken as a tincture on its own or mixed into water, tea, or any beverage of your choice. I suggest adding one drop to water three times daily. These essences can also enhance a bath experience.

Flower essence tinctures work by modifying energy flow through the typical acupuncture meridians.
