Primrose has a rich history of fairy, folklore, and medicinal uses. Primula vulgaris is a hardy perennial that grows abundantly in woods and pastures. In early medicine, Primrose was used to treating various health issues, from nervous disorders to menstrual conditions. What is most unique is that Primrose, with its wealth of chemical properties, is entirely edible.

This chemical component is found in many food sources and contains high antioxidants. Saponins are used in vaccine formulations to regulate immune function, and due to their antibacterial qualities, they help kill disease and inhibit tumor growth. Our immune system, energetically, is a representation of our self-love. The stronger our love becomes for ourselves, our whole body becomes stronger. Primrose is also used to treat many immune conditions and can be widely used as a whole-body remedy to provide healing relief for muscular issues such as Rheumatism. Primrose provides medicinal healing and is known to strengthen spiritual and emotional health.
